Who can use www.snspet.com?

We are a wholesale supplier to retailers and resellers of our products.  S&S Pet Supplies does not sell directly to the consumer.  In order to gain full site access and order online a new account application must be submitted. Once the application has been approved you will receive your online user and password for ordering online.  For those who do not currently have an account with S&S Pet Supplies, a request to set up an account can be made through our online website or by reaching out to us and requesting a new account application. Is it safe to order online through the site?

Yes.  In order to maintain a safe environment for online order processing, your sensitive account information and credit card numbers are not stored online.  Credit card transactions are processed securely offline within our normal company practices.


I’m not able to view pricing, why?

Pricing is available to logged-in users that have an account with us.  In order to view pricing, you need to request to Become A Dealer.  Once approved with a verified account, you will then have access to pricing and other resources.


Is there a membership fee to become a dealer?

Absolutely not.  There is no fee for utilizing this site as a dealer.


How do I update or make changes to my account?

How do I check the status of my order?

Order detail can be viewed under the My Account tab.  To check on the status of an order and for information on tracking an order, please contact your Territory Manager or Customer Service Representative.
 

How do I cancel my order?

How do I modify an order?

If the order has not been processed, you can continue to shop and add to the order.  If you have proceeded through the cart checkout process, please contact Customer Service for assistance in modifying the order.

How can I view and print my online order?

Print function is available under the My Account / Open Orders menu.


What happens if the product I order is out of stock?

Products that are currently “out of stock” will show as quantity zero. However, in the event these products are still out of stock at the time of shipping, these items will be canceled from the order. For status of an item, please call our friendly staff and they can provide an estimated time of arrival.


Where are your locations and how will my order be delivered?

Please click on the link Contact Us to view a map or our distribution locations.  We use our own trucks and 3rd party carriers.  Please contact Customer Service Representative for more detailed market specific information.

Do you backorder?

As a rule, we do not backorder.  Items that are out of stock will be canceled unless prior arrangements have been made.


How will my order be delivered?

We use our company trucks and 3rd party carriers. Please contact us for market specific information.


When should I expect delivery of my order?

Orders submitted by 2:00PM (PST) are shipped the following business day via our company trucks or common carrier. Order shipment/receipt dates vary depending on geography. Contact Customer Service for more detailed information.
